PRIVATE LESSONS - for that player who wants to improve faster, make a tryout team, analyze their weaknesses and improve.

  • 1:1 Instruction from our Director or high level coach that played pro/college level lacrosse.
  • Option of Video Recordings to show progression
  • Lessons based on Player ability and experience
  • K-College players welcome
  • Speed, Agility, Stick Handling, Positional, X and Os, Lacrosse IQ and Off the Field Lessons as well are offered
  • Lessons are tailored for the specific player and what goals they want to achieve
  • Player assessment reports
